Being part of the Design organization, you will be embedded in the Language product team.The Language team is a dynamic, cross-functional product team that includes a highly skilled backend, frontend, QA and machine learning engineers, and an experienced product manager.The team is passionate about surfacing and delivering clear, actionable insights based on data. Other industries are also welcome.Previous experience being embedded in a product team and being part of a product trio (Product Manager + Tech Lead + Design)Demonstrated experience in conducting or leading user research as part of your design processKnowledge or in interest in AI, ML and crafting experiences where text and numerical data is summarized, and actioned into insights.Other QualificationsYou are a cross functional collaborator, that is comfortable stepping outside the bounds of Design to understand, define and inform your solutionsEngaging storyteller and communicatorProactive, takes initiative and isn’t afraid of failureData driven, seeks out quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisionsCritical and analytical approach to design and solving problems.Preferred experience working with UX Researchers and data scientistsFamiliarity with agile product development methods and environment or willingness and curiosity to learn and be in one.You have a strong understanding of and experience in the early stages of the design process.
