Talk to us about an opportunity to create and deliver content in the Workday Analytics writing team, helping our customers analyze their integrated data in the secure Workday environment. As a technical writer on our team, you'll help our customers use Workday Analytics products effectively by creating clear, concise, task-based content targeted to professional and technical audiences. You'll be an advocate for the user, taking their point of view, and creating the content they need, both in documentation and the product itself.About the Role The ideal candidate is an outstanding writer with experience creating content for enterprise software targeted to professional and technical audiences, both administrators and end users.Work closely and proactively with product management, UX design/research,  engineering, and customer support to develop high-quality technical content.Write, edit, and publish content for multiple deliverables, including release publications, online help, user interface text, error messages, and release notes.Balance multiple projects, including projects beyond normal scope, and work as an integral contributor to the product team.Learn and test product functionality while writing documentation. Become an expert user and advocate for Workday’s customers. Speak up when you see a problem that prevents the product from being awesome.Educate product teams on our processes, requirements, and deadlines.Attend Agile (scrum) and team meetings and contribute to Information Development team projects.Be flexible to work with global teams in multiple time zones. About YouWe're looking for someone with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and someone who is analytical with strong attention to detail, works efficiently in a lively environment, and loves learning about emerging technologies and industries, such as Machine Learning and AI. You don't wait for the information to come to you, you go out and get it. Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree and 4+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent. Proficient knowledge of DITA and XML authoring tools.Other Qualifications Knowledge or experience with creating documentation in an agile development environment.Experience implementing or working with enterprise software preferred.Proactive and able to work independently on multiple projects. Background in human resources, data analytics, or data visualization a plus.   Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
