This manager will focus on a targeted US Region plus from time to time be responsible for supporting opportunities based across North America (Canada, US, Mexico).You and your team will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to support a combination of fast-moving, high-touch opportunities as well as large, strategic deals that require deep investment. As our business expands, the role is also responsible for identifying operational efficiencies, programs that support scale, enablement motions that build product knowledge capital across the Workday business, as well as ways to increase attach rates and pipeline growth.In addition to growing the Solution Consulting brand across Large Enterprise and Medium Enterprise markets, you will be responsible for hiring and retaining top talent to identify and support the selling pipeline and sales cycle. This role is critical to Workday’s long-term success.About YouBasic Qualifications:4+ years in a sales-related role (Sales, Presales, Value Management, Customer Success, etc.) selling enterprise software.2+ years’ experience leading people on deal strategy, managing complex technical evaluations, and supporting customer engagements.2+ years’ experience with SaaS Enterprise software in the HCM, VMS, and / or Financial space.Other Qualifications:Consistent track record of successful partnership with SalesAbility to self-impose ambitious goals, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and supporting multiple sales teamsExperience working with large volume Sales territories preferred.Success in mentoring coworkers in ways that allowed them to learn new skills and achieve career goalsExperience cultivating a feedback-rich environment focused on performance and improvementA history of using data to support your decision-making processExperience in a fast-paced work environmentStrong critical thinking skills and execution capabilitiesConsistent overachievement of assigned goals and targetsWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
