WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
The Global Head of Go-to-Market Enablement will evolve and own the strategy for ensuring that all customer-facing Boxes have the tools, skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. This individual will lead a team of professionals based around the globe while partnering closely with Box’s Vice President, Strategy & Operations and other key functional leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Partner/Channel Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify enablement priorities, build and execute programs, and measure and iterate on future initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop a global enablement strategy and execution plan that fuels Box’s global GTM objectives
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of 6+ individual contributors
Ensure our 1000+ sellers, customer success managers, implementation consultants, and partners are equipped to position Box effectively and help our customers be wildly successful
Oversee role-based curriculums, tools, and interactive programs to drive knowledge and skills
Capture existing GTM Boxer competencies and prioritize initiatives to address development needs
Drive consistency, efficiency, and change management of ongoing training and tool delivery across all GTM teams
Define and track KPIs to measure impact of enablement programs and refine accordingly
Develop strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders
WHO YOU ARE
Box Executives are a cohort of engaged and passionate leaders who are customer-centric and embody innovation and growth mindsets. As a leader in this role:
You have experience leading an enablement training function in the technology industry, preferably with a cloud or SaaS organization, with a minimum of 5+ years in this field
You are accomplished in developing and inspiriting a high-performing team who can work effectively across all GTM functions
You have experience creating and launching role-based curriculums and programs
You are outcome-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and lead a team to deliver results
You have strong communication skills with experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and leaders
You are agile and able to pivot quickly based on changing business needs
You have strong operational skills with the ability to mobilize the enablement team to execute against multiple programs

United States Pay Range $181,000 — $263,500 USD
