About the Role The RMA Repair Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and testing of products returned under Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This is a critical role that will ensure customer satisfaction by restoring product functionality and minimizing return processing time. What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, and document returned products Perform repairs according to technical specifications and company repair procedures Replace defective components Complete detailed repair reports documenting procedures, findings, and parts used Identify and report recurring issues that contribute to product improvement initiatives Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to safety regulations and procedures You  Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electronics repair or troubleshooting Have a strong understanding of electronic principles and schematics Have experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry Have experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Are detail-oriented and meticulous with a strong commitment to quality Are able to work independently and as part of a team Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have  Knowledge of Six Sigma Experience diagnosing servers and workstations Have solid system-level debugging experience and familiarity with board bring-up and customer support About Lambda We offer generous cash & equity compensation Investors include Gradient Ventures, Google’s AI-focused venture fund We are experiencing extremely high demand for our systems, with quarter over quarter, year over year profitability Our research papers have been accepted into top machine learning and graphics conferences, including NeurIPS, ICCV, SIGGRAPH, and TOG We have a wildly talented team of 200, and growing fast Health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents Commuter/Work from home stipends 401k Plan with 2% company match Flexible Paid Time Off Plan that we all actually use Salary Range Information  Based on market data and other factors, the hourly range for this position is $25-$30 per hour.
