We’re looking for a AWS Alliance and Channel Lead to help us to continue to evolve our deep relationship with AWS and kick start our Channel program in regions currently unsupported by our Webflow direct sales team
In this role, you will be dedicated to managing and expanding our partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your responsibilities will include building strong relations with AWS and channel partners, Webflow’s sales and marketing teams, and leading campaigns focused on driving revenue and mutual benefit.

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different US geographic markets. The base pay for this role ranges from $209,000 in our lowest geographic market up to $290,000 in our highest geographic market. Compensation for this role is comprised of the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. These figures are in $USD and apply to candidates in the United States. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills
Reporting to the Head of Global Agencies and System Integrators based in London
As a AWS Alliance and Channel Lead, you’ll address 2 core strategies for Webflow:
AWS Alliance Leadership
The role will engage with AWS field sales and partner sales organizations to communicate Webflow’s differentiation and capability.
Specifically, you will work with AWS Partner Sales Managers, Sales Executives, District Managers, and Business Development Managers.
The Alliance Manager will build cadence around key activities, including planning monthly and quarterly sales outreach, facilitating joint AWS/Webflow campaigns and GTM initiatives, reporting on KPIs and opportunities, and collaborating with AWS inside sales and demand generation teams.
Channel Leadership
Work with our strategic alliance partners to identify and facilitate partnership opportunities and open up new revenue opportunities for Webflow initially in markets where Webflow do not have in country sales executives.
Identify and onboard new channel partners
Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

About you
You’ll thrive as a AWS Alliance and Channel Lead if you:
Have expertise with the AWS ecosystem
Solid understanding of cloud services sales and partner-based selling.
Have expertise with defining, piloting and implementing a Channel strategy
Must have 10+ years of professional experience in services or software sales IT industry
Must have 3 years AWS Partner Channel experience or 3+ years in a role leading Channel relationships
Must be familiar with AWS partner ecosystems and a track record in building alliance/sales/partner relationships with business and technical teams
Strong understanding of digital transformation drivers in the following technology domains: Web Design and Development
Problem solving ability and experience in aligning cross-functional teams - marketing, sales, engineering, and legal - toward common objectives to increase program ROI
Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to quickly analyze and execute in a rapidly changing environment, take charge and make things happen
Exceptional analytical, organizational, project management skills, and communication skill, ability to craft and deliver C-level presentations and captivate an audience
Highly independent and self-motivated with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunities
Enjoy multi-tasking and juggling several different projects simultaneously
