Learn more at   www.doubleverify.com .   Position Overview: The Manager, Data Reliability is an integral part of the Data Reliability (DRE) Team, responsible for ensuring the team's activities focus on analyzing and externalizing DoubleVerify’s data internally and monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving the various company’s data pipelines and technologies.   Responsibilities: You will learn in-depth how data is collected, processed, and externalized to clients within DoubleVerify’s architecture. You will manage projects and ensure we stay on target to accomplish the goal. You will be working with data analysis tools such as Splunk, and Grafana/Prometheus to create reports and data visualization. You will be thrilled at the prospect of building strong relationships with different teams in the company, solving operational issues, and implementing quality improvements. Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities Requirements: Master's degree in CS or equivalent experience. A degree in a technical field is preferred 1+ years of Management experience Strong SQL querying skills 4+ years SQL experience 4+ years of Linux environment experience 4+ years of experience writing SQL and scripting languages python, bash, etc 3+ years of Grafana/Prometheus experience, building queries/dashboards Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, learn new skill sets, and be able to understand operational challenges Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills with a clear focus under pressure Must be proactive with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Resourceful, results orientated with the ability to get things done and overcome obstacles Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building with diverse, global, cross-functional team Proven ability to troubleshoot and guide the team to solve situations in complex systems Good understanding of BI and Data Warehousing concepts (ETL, OLAP vs. OLTP, Slowly Changing Dimensions) Good knowledge of process automation, gitops, CI/CD, GitLab, or other automation/delivery tools   Nice to have: Cloud computing fundamentals, knowledge of Google Cloud services
