Opportunity Overview The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of product marketing strategies for Cohere’s health insurance plan solution portfolio.  Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will use your project management skills to work across the organization, including our Growth, Product, Implementation, and Customer Service teams, to help develop/refine differentiating value propositions for our solutions; create and optimize content that drives awareness, thought leadership and qualified leads; and lead our sales enablement activities.  The work will be fast-paced and require scrappiness, flexibility, curiosity, and calm in high-pressure situations. What you will do: Be a collaboration-focused link between marketing, product, solutions, sales, implementation, and customer success as we develop strategies for success Work closely with the product management team to understand the product roadmap and release schedule, our product strategies, content for product releases, and customer success goals Project manage the successful development and execution of product roadmap-driven content, including thought leadership materials like white papers, blogs, and conference presentations, sales enablement materials like collateral, pitch decks, and videos, marketing materials, and website messaging.  Drive content development projects to timely, high-quality conclusions, working collaboratively and transparently with internal and external partners Craft and continuously refine our positioning and messaging based on market research through, cross-company collaboration Contribute to planning and executing launches of new products, features, and releases Contribute to the strategy development that determines content priorities, as well as build and maintain our content calendar Roll up your sleeves and contribute to writing when required, including but not limited to blogs, video scripts, and other media. Support and train our growth team on the strategy behind how we solve problems for our buyers and users, help develop sales tools, and serve as the main point of contact on the marketing team for sales team needs Be the expert on our target markets, buyer personas, and GTM strategy Be the expert on our competition and how they are positioned Be accountable to team, department, and company OKRs. What you bring: 3+ years of B2B product marketing and/or product management experience in a healthcare technology/product environment, healthcare insurance a plus Experience in a start-up or similar, agile organization Experience and demonstrated excellence in project management, particularly for content development, including a proactive approach, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a tenacious approach to managing timely, quality deliverables. Experience launching a technology product to the market Excellent written communicator and storyteller, who while not a professional designer, has a natural skill set for creating well-written and well-designed marketing collateral Demonstrated experience in analytical problem-solving in addition to project management Ability to turn complex clinical, technology, and data science concepts into clear, crisp communications Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible, and not afraid to take ownership and initiative while working and leading in a cross-functional role 4-year degree in marketing, business, or similar experience Extra credit: MBA is a plus Expertise in healthcare care management technology products Understanding of the healthcare stakeholders – payer, provider, and patient Proficiency in Asana, Confluence, and/or other common MarTech tools   We can’t wait to learn more about you and meet you at Cohere Health! The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
