For more information, visit redditinc.com . Reddit is looking for a People & Culture Operations Manager to join our Planning, Operations and Analytics (POA) Team! This role will be an integral part of the transformation of the P&C Operations team, leading and developing a team of P&C Coordinators. This role is unique, as it will be managing the execution and process optimization across both TA and HR operations.  As Reddit is a rapidly growing company, your primary responsibilities will evolve over time and include opportunities to own and contribute to the design and delivery of new and existing processes that enable high performance and impact at Reddit. This role reports directly to the Director of P&C Operations and Programs. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a team of HR and TA coordinators fostering exceptional team engagement and upholding a high bar for team performance.    Establish and monitor ongoing operational metrics to evaluate current processes, identify improvement areas, and create strategies to optimize. Collaborate closely with core partners, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR Applications, Employment Legal. Support both the candidate and employment lifecycles, overseeing the execution of operational tasks from interview scheduling to offboarding. Ensure a best in class experience for candidates, employees, managers and stakeholders.  Maintain process documentation and knowledge articles for team support and employee self-service. Serve as SME for the team, training on execution and best practices across processes and systems.  Ensure data integrity and compliance. Work with internal partners and external vendors to develop appropriate audit controls and proactively drive process improvement to address gaps or issues identified.  What We’re Looking For 5+ years experience in People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition Operations 2+ years of people management experience A systems focus and experience using HR and Recruiting Technology. Workday and Greenhouse required, scheduling solutions and related software preferred. Service-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional execution and follow-through.   Seeks to understand and is open to diverse perspectives and new ideas. Comfortable challenging assumptions and managing change. Works with a sense of urgency and has the entrepreneurial drive to identify and pursue opportunities proactively.  Proven experience implementing operational best practices and process improvement; knowledge of HR and TA best practices and experience supporting compliance on a global scale. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
