The Sales Planning & Operations (SP&O) team supports the sales strategy with store fixtures, in-store technology, sales training and advocacy programs. The EMEIA Enterprise Sales Training and Advocacy Programs team believe in creating world class solutions which equip sales staff with the right skills for them to provide the best customer experience. Our largest and most successful program is Business Excellence Program. This program originated in EMEIA before being launched globally and has over 18k participants. The team also enables our indirect resellers through the Distributor Partner Program as well as training sellers who target small businesses. We are looking for an individual who can work in partnership with the Program Manager to deliver key operational activities related to our Business People Programs. The team’s main focus is driving engagement and program progression. This role will play a critical role in this mission by managing our high-touch community of Experts and Ambassadors by creating in-person, virtual and on-line experiences. At the opposite end, this role will help us scale training though the Partner Trainer Program (PTP) and Partner Learning Management Systems (LMS) Coordinating engagement activities, including events for high-touch program audiences, including BEP Ambassador and Expert. Collaborate with the EMEIA EBC & Events team to plan end execute EMEIA wide engagement events. Support country teams with resources and tools to reinforce and sustain training and engagement locally. Ensure timely and effective execution of enablement activities, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise. Provide support to country teams on the local deployment and execution of Business People Programs. Plan and facilitate regular community engagement events, forums and knowledge sharing sessions amongst the high-touch program communities. Deploy low-touch, high scale training though the use of Partner Trainer Program and Partner Learning Management Systems. Maximising engagement with our audiences involves reinforcing and rewarding desirable behaviour by delivering appropriate rewards and recognition which are aligned to the reward and recognition strategy owned by the BPP Program Manager. This role is responsible for the enablement budget for BPP.
