Key Qualifications Key Qualifications A passion for customer privacy 5+ years of proven experience building large-scale serving systems that deal with sensitive, personal data Understanding of compliance and security with experience in calling out and assessing risks Strong technical background and ability to communicate sophisticated technical, logical, or process issues in a timely, concise, and objective manner Superb interpersonal skills, with a track record of being able to influence multi-functional teams and leaders, and develop and maintain relationships across and between organizations Demonstrated ability to make considered recommendations for trade-offs in a rapidly changing environment Ability to actively contribute to the larger organization’s culture and processes, working with your peers Experience collaborating with legal and privacy teams Description Description We are seeking an experienced engineer who can develop technical solutions for handling privacy and product sensitive data in serving backend stacks. Compliance and security are key concerns. This is a senior role that requires the applicant to align on and implement policies within a large cloud supporting organization including developing processes for new engineer onboarding, landing pages, etc. The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience designing such processes and systems and is able to drive adoption in large cross-functional organizations through excellent communication, documentation, and collaborator alignment. Including serving architectures, the candidate should also understand data collection in such systems and be able to reason about approaches that align with Apple policies. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700.00 and $300,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
