We're looking for a Senior Design Program Manager to join our team and provide immediate impact to the Document Cloud Generative AI design team. In this role, you will collaborate with designers and senior design leadership to drive operational efficiencies and engagements across product, engineering, and product marketing.You would be joining a team of program managers who focus broadly across Adobe to align and drive priority initiatives through the full development cycle. We define and lead the processes that help designers and leadership work together to make the best possible products and services for our customers!What you'll do Primary responsibilities include guiding process at a team level, and leading high impact projects across a multi-functional group of designers and business partners. You will be responsible for crafting and driving the design process, building alignment with cross functional teams, in addition to prioritizing and driving timelines to ensure business objectives are met. In partnership with design leadership, you'll define and shepherd the design workload and process, and build and maintain positive relationships with the product team. This requires experience communicating across audiences, crafting clear plans out of ambiguity, and updating executive partners.What you need to succeed 7+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment. Preferred experience in user experience related programs.Proven delivery of large-scale programs and projects with a focus on improving productivity of teams, products, and systems.Strong organizational skills, capable of managing concurrent and complex projects with overlapping timelines.Experience leading geographically distributed teams.Real passion for user experience and design with an understanding of design process.Possess a flexible, independent, self-starter mentality and able to prioritize and self-manage time.Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity and a diverse range of partners.How to apply To be considered for this role, please submit your resume. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,400 -- $224,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
