Join us for an opportunity to invent new technologies and supply a brand new and existing Adobe products!What you'll doFunction as the GM for a new incubation venture within AdobeDesign and implement a comprehensive product strategy focused on offering AI-powered Digital Marketing expertise to SMBs and Solopreneurs - from content creation to marketing optimization.Build and lead a small but mighty team of Engineers, Prototypers, Designers and Researchers to deliver on the product vision.Build and maintain the product roadmap, identifying new product opportunities and prioritizing them based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.Draw upon an executive leadership 'board' designed to support incubation efforts at Adobe.Lead market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to find opportunities and define product requirements.Craft a go-to-market plan to launch the product and get alpha / beta customers.Define and supervise key performance metrics to evaluate success and identify new avenues to pursue.Own the P&L for the product and run budget accordingly.What's needed to succeedBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.Confirmed experience (10+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on building Marketing solutions for SMBs and Solopreneurs or within a marketing agencyDeep understanding of Digital Marketing workflows and insight for small business owners and marketers trying to grow or lead their businesses online. You can see the opportunities that Generative AI offers to free up SMB owners to focus on developing their product. You can extrapolate from ongoing AI/ML developments to build a compelling product vision.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing day-to-day blocking and tackling while seeing the forest from the trees.The role requires a mix of technical understanding, strategy and people management. You are able to fluently converse with Engineers / Developers on technical concepts related to AI/ML, lead a cross-functional team and collaborate effectively with business partners.Consistent record of delivering successful products ahead of schedule.Confirmed organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple threads simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Passion for crafting exceptional experiences and driving business growth through delivering on SMB and Solopreneur needs.An unparalleled desire to take an idea from 0 to 1 especially within the eCommerce and Marketing space.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $177,200 -- $302,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
