As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination, delegation and unparalleled communication skills. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to a state of continuous growth.Objectives of This RoleDevelop strategy, lead, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.Lead multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.Manage the external vendor/partner relationships to ensure solid educational offerings.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with program sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.Manage program and project teams for optimal outcomes, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners.Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.Required Skills and QualificationsFive or more years of experience in a program management roleExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.Experience in managing stakeholders.Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesPreferred Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experienceStrong working knowledge of software educationStrong working knowledge of mainframe softwareExperience with data analyticsAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $130,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
