If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Head of Business and Ecosystem Development and RTM Partnerships Job DescriptionAs a member of Broadcom Software Defined Edge (SDE) Division, you will be a part of a recently acquired VMware by Broadcom division.   Partnering with Marketing, Core sales and Product team, this position is responsible for driving business development and the ecosystem of SDE solutions and route to market partnerships.   We’re looking for an experienced Head of Business and Ecosystem Development and route to market partnerships with domain expertise who wants to make a formative impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.In addition to driving business development, you will develop trusted relationships at the executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership. This means that you have a deep understanding of our product suites and are able to help identify new opportunities.ResponsibilitiesApply your knowledge of the SDE industry, market and competitive landscape, technology, product, and processes to educate prospective and current customers on the business value of our offering.Build and execute the product-led growth business strategyDevelop the GTM partnerships with the top partners by domain, across Telco, SD-WAN and Edge ComputeLead product led growth and partnership team to put growth plans in place for selling with and thru GTM partnersWork closely with the SDE Sales team on meeting Revenue, Growth and Profitability goals.Create positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision makers across the globe.Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders (Core Sales Team, Product Management & Marketing, Sales Engineering,  Sales Operations,) to drive product adoption and Go to Market.Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and territory plans by RTM  in conjunction with Sales.Regular forecasting of business opportunities to Sales and executive leadership.Responsible for staying well-informed about product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features, and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Product Management on an ongoing basis to stay updated.Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept (PoCs) with Sales Engineers and Product Management.Qualifications15+ years of Business Development experience with at least 5 years in enterprise SDE solutions in the following areas is preferred: Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Edge Compute, SecurityYou can effectively articulate and present well in front of technical and executive-level stakeholders.You have a demonstrated passion for selling Software Defined Edge and know how to win.Must be highly motivated, self-starter, possess a positive-aggressive attitude, and have excellent organizational skills.Devotion to continual professional development, customer service, and follow-up.The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment is required.The ability to work with a variety of internal groups.DesiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology or Technology.  Management studies is an added plus.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $147,000 - $245,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
