If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Head of Product Management - Telco Job DescriptionAs a key member of Broadcom Software-Defined Edge (SDE) Division, you will be a part of a business unit recently acquired and known as VMware by Broadcom.  As the Head of Product Management, Telco, you will be responsible for driving the product management strategy and vision from a service provider perspective and leading a global team. You will also be responsible for executing on the strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the Telco domain.We’re looking for an experienced technical leader with domain expertise and business experience who wants to make a formative impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.In addition to working on groundbreaking technology, you will develop trusted relationships at the executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of each partnership. You will have a deep understanding of our products and will influence, empower and lead a wide variety of resources to reach our collective goals.  ResponsibilitiesDelivering on our quarterly and annual AOP for growth, revenue, costs and profitabilityApply your knowledge of the SDE industry, market and competitive landscape, technology, product, and processes to align product strategy with business goalsLead the development of a strategic product roadmap and play a critical role in shaping the direction and vision of the SDE telco product suiteDrive innovation and new product development initiativesDevelop and implement pricing, packaging, topline forecast modelsLead the Service Provider product management teamCommunicate product vision and strategy to stakeholdersCreate positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision makers.Responsible for staying well-informed about product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features, and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Product Management on an ongoing basis to stay updated.QualificationsMore than 20 demonstrated years of experience in the connectivity space: AI, Edge, Cloud, Telecom Infrastructure and Services and Networking.You can effectively articulate and present well in front of technical and executive-level stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to develop new connectivity services for or with a Telecom operator.An industry expert in Telco, Edge and Cloud, offering expertise in cloud computing, global network connectivity, and architecture infrastructure to support diverse audiences.You have a demonstrated passion for solving the most complex technology and connectivity challenges.You are highly motivated, a self-starter, possess a positive attitude, and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Devotion to continual professional development, customer service, and follow-up.The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment.The ability to work with a variety of internal teams.DesiredMasters degree in CS or Engineering from a reputable University. Management studies is an added plus.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $186,000 - $310,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
