This is a newly created role in a growing global team dedicated to the accounting and reporting for these JVs, which requires a ‘can do’ attitude with motivation to put their own stamp on the processes and grow with it as the hyperscale strategy grows. ResponsibilitiesYou manage the timely preparation of the monthly management reporting packs for a set of JV’sYou assist in preparation of quarterly investor reporting packs across a set of JV’sYou manage commercial fees calculation for a set of JVsAssist team as needed on month-end accounting activitiesAssist in the setting up of new JVs & new entity additions to the JVsProvide assistance to Treasury team on finalizing the bank reportingWork closely with Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations and FP&A departmentsContinuously drive for improvement in quality and efficiency in new processes and systems to enhance the workflow of the teamWork with an entrepreneurial team spirit AccountabilitiesPrepares monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs Perform commercial fees calculationPerforms flux analysis as well as ad hoc deliverablesWork with upstream data owners and cross-functional teams to support reporting activities QualificationsMSc or BSc in FinanceProven years of experience working in Accounting/Financial control roleExperience with either IFRS or US GAAP is idealStrong communication skills – both in person and remotelyTeam player with entrepreneurial mindsetEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
