This role will manage a growing team of Account Executives and be responsible for ownership and development of achieving sales goals to include managing cold calling, prospecting emails, territory development and all sales closing activities. The primary focus will be to accelerate overall pipeline growth, monitor team performance, and implement appropriate training. The team will be responsible for the entire sales process for Aspire’s Crew Control software, Go iLawn, LandOne as well as upsells to existing customers. What You’ll Do: Set the business development priorities and key selling and closing strategies to achieve sales objectives. Define processes and procedures for the growing team of Account ExecutivesOversee team for process on qualifying inbound and outbound leads, completing needs assessments, conducting Demos and sales closing for prospective customersLead the daily activities and quota performance management. Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling campaigns to prospective clients. Manage upsells of additional products to existing customers, including demonstrations, handling of FAQ’s and coordinating the sales process with our partner’s sales teams. Recruit, train and develop team providing regular feedback, performance appraisals, merit increase recommendations and individual development plans. Encourage and motivate employees daily and bring innovation to the sales process to accelerate our market growth trajectory. Develop strong social selling strategies and training for the Account ExecutivesMinimal Travel expected. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Knowledge of service-based business models Experience leading a team and consistently meeting goals.An enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working with all department leaders.Demonstrated track record of effectively hiring and motivating team members.Ability to work in a dynamic, startup environment.Where You’ll Work:Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office-based. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $85,000 USD - $122,000 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
