Our team consists of value consultants who advise our sales leaders, customers, and prospects on strategies to unlock value with Workday solutions. We do this through relationship building, consultative analysis, and business acumen in the industries we target.The Value Insights & Advisory organization is made up of teams dedicated to researching and understanding the business outcomes Workday drives for our Customers, defining and executing on Value Management’s messaging and thought leadership strategy, and helping articulate Workday’s unique value proposition for some of our most strategic offerings: Financials and Planning.About the RoleAs a Value Manager, Financials you will: Serve as an oCFO and Finance authority across the Value Management team, sharing new best practices, innovation frameworks, and thought leadership.Develop relationships as a consultant and business advisor to a team of Financial Account Executives.Drive engaging discovery interviews with Finance, IT, and Planning prospects and customers to uncover their challenges and priorities.Develop and deliver compelling, highly narrative and engaging cases for change to senior leaders, including C-level, board-level and business audiences.Command a strong knowledge of Workday’s technology and enterprise solutions to deliver compelling and relevant messages around Workday’s unique and differentiated value across the office of Finance.About YouBasic Qualifications 3 + years of experience in consulting, finance, corporate strategy, value engineering, or other applicable rolesOther Qualifications MBA or MS encouragedDomain experience in finance, corporate planning, or enterprise software is highly desired.Strong consulting skill-set including excellent discovery, quantitative modeling, listening, collaboration, communication, and executive presence.Deeply curious about a variety of business models, highly motivated to have an impact on customers, and broadly interested in using technology to tackle business problems.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
