Workday is a fast-growing company, and the Senior Executive Assistant will need to navigate ambiguity and multiple priorities.About the Role Workday is looking for a strong, self-starter and highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the Office of the CEO and assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require ingenuity, innovation, and integrity.  Reporting directly to the Sr. Executive Assistant of the CEO, you will collaborate closely to ensure that all tasks and projects are aligned with the CEO's strategic objectives and priorities, maintaining a proactive approach to anticipate needs and provide timely support.  Workday is a fast-paced growing company, and this role requires the ability to handle ambiguity and multiple priorities. You will have the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and manage a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Key ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including: Manage CEO’s extremely active and sophisticated schedule, coordinate logistics and scheduling for both internal and external meetings, confirm meetings, gather pre-read materials, and operate as a PoC on questions as needed all while anticipating needs, opportunities and solving for challenges; Process expense reports in Workday and ensure spend is within budget, monitor and predict spending and advise appropriately, ensuring adherence to company policies and timely transaction processing using Workday technology for accurate tracking and reporting;Apply advanced travel logistics skills in booking domestic and international travel (air, hotel, ground), including sophisticated planning of meeting agendas and logistics, building detailed itineraries and ensuring a seamless execution while considering exec preferences and business needs.Develop strong relationships with the Executive Committee, peer EComm EA team and Admin community. Ability to orchestrate events creatively and with limited direction. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
