Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required: Manage UX and visual design teams, including oversight of design projects Use design software for evaluation and engineering development such as Sketch software Utilize strategic skills, customer insights, marketing, business strategies to craft and direct strategic deliverables, such as product frameworks, insight articulation and idea generation Lead cross-functional collaborations to turn ideas into digital experiences Ideate and craft intuitive user experiences (UI/UX) to articulate an idea and to solve a user or business problem utilizing hand sketching, Sketch software, or Figma software Present and collaborate with senior executives to align on requirements and solutions to invest in Description Description APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Manage a team responsible for design experiences for customers across a multitude of Apple's digital touchpoints. Research, design, and develop digital experiences across a multitude of Apple's digital touchpoints. These include apple.com, the Apple Store app, social media platforms, and digital signage. Present work to internal teams and leaders at Apple, clearly articulating design rationale. Collaborate within the Experience Design team by working reciprocally and sharing standard methodologies. Produce clear documentation for marketing sites, transactional flows and app experiences. These include sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. Manage direct reports to ensure UX standards are being followed and talent is being developed. Manage and build positive relationships across disciplines with writers, designers, developers, and creative technologists. Bring ideas to the table and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to develop clear proposals for UX solutions before software development begins. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $239,200 - $274,100/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
