Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: Predictive analytics Data Visualization using Tableau Deep knowledge of HR Procedures (I&D health metrics) Statistical significance testing Technical presentations of advanced models and statistical tests to non-technical audience Statistical analysis using SQL, R, Python, or SAS Validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems Consulting stakeholders in possible remediations in I&D processes and best practices Description Description APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Conduct data management and analysis with multiple data sources to test and draw insights pertaining to Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) metrics in processes and programs at Apple. Research, design and develop scalable procedures to provide analytical insights on an ongoing basis, that influence Apple’s I&D strategy and initiatives. Perform statistical tests and predictive analysis to bring a forward-looking view in I&D metrics measurement. Create dashboards to communicate advanced analytical findings to a broad technical and non-technical audience. Collaborate with other teams to create insights and recommendations that will be consumed by the Board of Directors, Executive and Senior leaders on best practices for I&D programs at Apple. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,186 - $197,400/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
