NVIDIA is now seeking a Director of Supply Chain Digital Transformation to join our Global Operations Business Transformation team, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA. This position will lead efforts to drive the adoption of AI and automation technologies throughout the organization, working extensively with internal business leaders, IT and external partners to improve employee productivity and meet the extremely complex demands of our global supply chain What you'll be doing:As a Director, Digital Transformation you will be responsible for the following:Drive key strategic systems initiatives for the organization, working with a group of cross-function stakeholders and implementation partners. Define and implement the digital roadmap in alignment with our overall organizational strategy and objectives. Achieve alignment of plans from team members on proposed improvements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, key stakeholders, organization leaders and IT teams to ensure the most impactful business outcomes are prioritized and operationalized.Foster an environment for adoption of automation to improve employee productivity and effectiveness within their job roles, including RPA, process mining, attended automation, etc. Be an active member of the leadership team within the organization. Ensure that digital transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organizational goals and objectives. Provide experienced and senior leadership to a data engineering / visualization team to enable data-driven business intelligence and decisions.Enable the organization to use data to drive decision-making. Identify, track, and coordinate cross program\project dependencies.Identify, evaluate, select, and implement AI applications and solutions across operations organizations.Actively engage with operations leaders to identify business problems that are conducive to AI and/or automation solutions.What we need to see:Bachelor’s degree required in business or technical degree or equivalent experience.15+ years of experience leading a team.5+ years of relevant experience including 2+ years of Leadership in a fast-growing/fast-paced technology company.Experience working with or in an IT business applications organization.Experience in successfully aligning teams to a common business process and application adoption.Strong background with automation tools and platforms (e.g., RPA, Workflow automation, process mining, etc.) Strong background with data engineering / analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Python, Power BI, etc.) Demonstrated ability to influence individuals toward a common goal.Experience in project management and performing in an unstructured environment.Strong listening, communication and influencing skills.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Expertise in supply chain business processes and tools to accelerate business needs into leading edge solutions. Strong influencing skills and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization. Experience increasing collaboration among teams.Experience in working in partnership with internal IT business applications organizations.
