Team members will help operationalize data and make data actionable, turning insight into action.This role is expected to: Design automated tools for translating information to knowledgeEnable data centric decision making by leveraging relevant data and keen insightsIdentify and document data requirements to support both ongoing and ad hoc analysisAutomate significant reporting processesDevelop and provide insights to organizations through access and interpretation of queries, reports, dashboards, and other metrics within the BI EcosystemPrepare informative and well-organized presentations showcasing insights and recommendations supported by data; know how to tell a "story" with data and insightsSeek efficiencies in data collection and aggregation through automationMinimize or eliminate manual steps and construct automated internal reporting systemMain Responsabilities: Develop a solid understanding of GIP business processes, tools, and data models to ensure end-to-end business enhancementCollect and analyze P360 PR&PO data and prepare reports in response to GIP’s and business stakeholders needsBuild and publish GIPs Operations dashboardsMonitor data integrityEvaluate and drive excel, SQL, access and other tools/models as required to link data sources and enable accurate and efficient reporting. Evaluate and drive tool improvements.Support project teams with reporting/process expertise. Provide strategic counsel to GIP’s Individual Contributors on communicating GIP's data driven contributions/storyPartner with PD&A colleagues and with the assigned Category team to deliver data and analysis required in support of financial value opportunities discovery.Make recommendations on reporting and process improvements with a focus on automationMonitor data integrityEducation and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.Degree in: Computer Science, Information management, Business information systems, Mathematics, Economics, or StatisticsTypically, 4-6 years of experience requiredKnowledge and Skills: Storytelling and data visualization.Power BIMacros & Visual Basic Applications (VBA)Microsoft Access SharePoint Microsoft Power Apps Microsoft Flow Nice to have but not required: SQL, Machine Learning, Web scrapping, Programming skills such as SAS, R, PythonPM is a plusVery strong analytical and data modeling skills. Very Strong communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language. Proven relationship management skills.
