Global Channel Sales Enablement ManagerDescription -Workforce Solutions Channel Activation Training & Sales Enablement ManagerThe new Workforce Solutions (WS) support organization is looking for an experienced and energetic self-starter who is passionate about creating compelling channel training and sales enablement content that excites and enables channel partners to successfully market, sell and deliver services. This support services portfolio includes offerings that improve employee and IT experience in today’s modern, distributed workforce.In this role as a Global Channel Sales Enablement Manager for HP Workforce Solutions Support Services, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate and help accelerate growth for one of the company’s largest revenue-generating businesses, serving as a subject matter expert for the content supporting our organization. The position will also be channel facing, supporting key HP partners.Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the Channel Activation Training plan and asset mix to increase awareness, consideration, and sales of Workforce Solutions’ Support Services through channel partners.Develop channel-facing value propositions, training, messaging, marketing and sales enablement assets, and the service narrative for new HP Support services.Market intelligence—be the expert on our channel partner organization and channel partner buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.Understand the total addressable market and develop content to train channel partners on the problems we solve for our buyers and end users.Orchestrate and communicate a comprehensive plan for training and channel enablement content creation for service launches and updates across functional stakeholders.Drive ongoing collaboration and coordination with the WS Product managers and channel marketing teams.Develops and champions the business justification and partner adoption of the HP WS solution to deliver business results and growth.Solicit partner needs and requirements to increase growth in the WS Services Support portfolio and develop an effective training plan for WS Support Services channel partners.Develop a winning collaborative selling and implementation strategy and continually evolve the WS services solution to meet market and partner demands and WS Services business initiatives.  Align and communicate the plans and vision with worldwide and market stakeholders.Creates and executes solid Value Proposition and Sales Enablement plans and develop partner related WS Support services content/collateral in cooperation with Channel marketing for internal and external audiences for WS Support services to drive growth and alignment.Acts as lead for Partner Panels to elicit Success Story opportunities.Provides input into the Amplify Partner Program for HP WS Support Services, and identify specific offerings, bundles and solutions that can drive WS Support Services growth.Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree7+ years in the Services Industry and 3+ years in developing new business opportunities with partners.In-depth experience with channel partners and indirect go-to-market business practicesExperience with Distribution Partners to enhance Channel SalesExperience working with geographically dispersed teams is strongly preferred.Knowledge and Skills Required:Expert knowledge of training and sales enablement principles, practices, and tools.Command of Smartsheet’s and PowerPointExcellent written/oral communications, project management and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work cross functionally, collaborate effectively with virtual world-wide teams.Enjoys building relationships and bringing people together to solve tough channel problems.Ability to develop compelling value propositions and training for Support services.Experience developing channel-centric sales enablement product messaging, training decks and journey mapping.Agile mindset: comfortable working in a fast-paced growing businessStrong writing and storytelling skills, take the complex and make it simple.Ability to think creatively while basing ideas on strategy and data.Strong training program management capabilities organized and action oriented.Demonstrated ability to translate technical details into differentiating partner benefits and key selling points. Job -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Not SpecifiedRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
