Partner Account ManagerDescription -Print Supply Chain is growing to support the needs of A3, contractual, trade, and warranty customer needs.  We have a well-developed relationship with this service partner that is growing as we evolve our solutions to meet the contractual growth in Print.  This Partner Account Mgr. role will lead the strategic direction of the partner to meet the needs of our customers and achieve our business goals. Responsibilities Include:Account roadmapLead strategic partner account direction in support of HP business requirements.Partner business relationshipEnable open communication processes, which foster enhanced business relationships.Account escalation managementSingle point of contact between HP and partner for escalation management and resolution.Program prioritization (projects / initiatives)Leads and facilitates process to ensure account alignment in support of program projects and initiatives.Business reviewsLeads and facilitates quarterly and periodic program business reviews.  Utilizing a formalized and structured process for gather partner performance feedback, communicating results and leading go forward plans.Capacity managementWork with partners to ensure capacity plans and contingencies are in place to support business requirements.Program cost managementEnsure appropriate business and cost models are in place and leveraged to maximize cost versus service balance.  Includes P.O. and invoice management.Contract development and negotiationsLead, facilitate and negotiate all contractual agreements to include SOW/operational agreements, LOI and addendums.  Leverage all HP owners, business teams, legal, risk management and procurement resources to ensure full compliance.  Support corporate master agreement negotiations.  Support vendor selection and RFQ processLead and facilitate the partner selection process including identification of potential suppliers, RFP/RFQ/RFI development, visits, competency evaluations and final selection/contract award.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.Typically 10+ years of experience as an Account Manager .Knowledge and Skills: Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage complex financial analysis and modeling.Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
