Poly Services Category LeadDescription -Workforce Services drives outcome at our customers and create a competitive advantage for HP PCs, Printers and the entire workplace.Integrating now Services over Print, PC and Collaboration to transform the business step by step into the future.We are hiring a Poly Services Category Lead, covering all transactional and managed Services around collaboration and the previous Poly portfolio.  Responsibilities:Manage the 4 transactional and managed Services for HP collaboration and the ex Poly portfolioDrive 4P end to endKey metrices: Funnel, Orders, Partner engagement, Revenue, MarginAnnual Business planning including Quota DeploymentQuarterly Game Planning: coordination, consolidation, execution, presentationForecasting and Flash process with Finance, Category and ww managementGrowth initiative tracking and reviewPortfolio management – changes, new offer introductions including end to end communication and budget planningKey interface between market category leads, RTMs and ww Center of Excellence to ensure we get the offer we need and the GBU gets the right feedback from the marketBusiness review preparation, coordination and deliveryBusiness analysis and tracking. Deep dive where needed and preparation of conclusionsExperience & Education:Peripheral and Services experienceBusiness Management and or Marketing experienceStrong Computing or workplace services background 3-5 years10+ years of professional experience after university degreeDegree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, management information systems, Business Administration or equivalent experienceSkills:Run different reporting and business analysis toolsMaster in Excel and PowerPointAnalytical mindset to identify, understand, document and follow up on issues.
