Field Service Supplier AnalystDescription -Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.This role will be responsible for data analysis, root cause determination, driving corrective actions, optimizing process, optimizing tool usage to ensure our outsource partners are successful.Responsibilities: Identify, recommend, and lead transformational initiatives.  Implement new process, procedures, tools that will enhance the operational performance of the Field Organization and will result in better customer experiences.Drive rhythm of business for Business Planning & Executive Performance Reviews with Strategic Supplier cross functional teams, capturing key actions and takeaways, conduct gap analysis and manage action items to closure in a timely manner.Contribute to the continued development of our supplier management framework, ensure timely completion of critical milestones on our team roadmap, and take ownership of high impact projects.Use a data based approach to analyze outsourcers performance and work cross functionally to identify and drive corrective actions.Develop tools to allow for more effective data analyticsDesign and implement processes to provide geographic level forecasting for volume delivered by HP CEs and outsourcers.  Forecasting should look at relatively short term timeframes (rolling 6-8 weeks) to ensure we understand how volume will be managed.Work with outsourcers to understand their capacity and design and implement processes to balance supply and demanddevelop and utilize tools such as PowerBI and Smartsheets to allow for proactive determination of volumes.Tracking SubK capacityWork with the event management team to ensure their tools align with work distribution to HP CEs and outsourcersTrack and manage escalations that are caused by outsourcersConduct Root Cause analysis and develop and manage corrective action plansIssue tracking and monitoringHost and manage a daily War room escalation meetingAssist EM team with logic for CDAX views to prevent escalationsCreating/Managing Smartsheet for sameEducation and Experience Required: Typically 12+ years to demonstrate mastery of Service Business Management.Advanced experience in several of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role.Knowledge and Skills: High knowledge of IT and services industry. Significant experience in Customer SupportIn-depth and broad knowledge of company organization, functions, culture, HPS services portfolio, routes to markets, and end to end processes.Unique mastery and recognized authority in area of responsibility. Need solid technical, and state-of- the-art functional, or business knowledge.Highly developed problem solving abilities.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgment.Ability to correctly design reports and interpret their output.Highly developed project/ program management and change management skills. Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen.Excellent presentation skills.
