Senior Renewals Manager -- SoftwareDescription -*This role can be remote anywhere in the USAs the Senior Manager, Global Software Renewals on general business and play a key role in driving customer renewals and upsell opportunities by qualifying and nurturing HP's installed base in support of our rapidly growing business. HP is growing our SW portfolio and operating in a high-growth market which leverages the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model to fuel its growth. The Senior Manager, Global Software Renewals will lead a growing team of Renewal Sales Specialists in their defined areas, create & execute account strategies, and collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to close general business and enterprise-level deals across all of the HP Digital Services Software solutions.Responsibilities/What You’ll DoBuild out and manage end-to-end Renewals process while often engaging with customers directly to negotiate renewalsDevelop and motivate a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.Define and monitor individual and team KPIs, providing a clean, centralized, and standardized view of business health.Conduct weekly forecasting and renewals pull forward pipeline reporting cadence.Drive annual strategic planning in partnership with Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy & Ops, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the right tools and processes are in place, i.e. automation, additional SKUs, and contract improvements.Qualifications/Your BackgroundBachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience7+ years of experience in Renewals or Sales, Customer Success Strategy / Revenue Operations in a SW or SaaS environment.3+ years of experience in managing, hiring, and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.Track record of successfully orchestrating large scale transformation projects.Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and comfortable interacting with all levels, including executive leadership.Experience with CRM systems preferredStrong understanding of security fundamentals such as firewalls, proxies and web security gateways a plusExperience with Federal or government customers a plusOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical salary range for this role across the U.S. is $210,400.00 -- $324,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
