Print Finance Controls and Compliance LeadDescription -The Print Finance Controls and Compliance lead will play a critical role in E2E enhanced controls for the Print GBU. This person will stand as the Print L2 SPOC Control Champion and be a primary point of contact for the Print Close and Consolidation Mega. This individual will plan a key role in ensuring that Print is meeting all SOX compliance requirements and supporting Print Control Owners in ongoing documentation and completion of recurring controls compliance. This individual will play a role in supporting the newly created Controls and Compliance Hub. To meet the requirements of this role, the ideal candidate will also grow to know and understand the intricate dynamics and different business models of the Print business. Additionally, this individual will be a key liaison with our external auditors (EY), our Internal Audit team, and the newly formed HP RACE team. The ideal candidate would have previous Internal Audit or CFR experience. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.Education and Experience Required: Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.Primary Responsibilities:Print SPOC for E2E controls and compliance effortsSpecific designation as the Print L2 SPOC Control ChampionEnsures organization is compliant from an Internal Audit and business continuity perspectiveOn an ad hoc basis, supports special projects that require coordination across functionsReport to the Print FP&A Director but also provide direct support to all members of the Print Finance StaffCoordinate the successful execution of all Print Controls on a recurring basisSupport synchronized documentation of all controls, with specific focus on up-to-date SOX 404 documentationAct as liaison between Print Finance Staff and EY, IA, RACEKnowledge and Skills: Excellent analytical thinking and presentation skills.Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.Strong leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.Strong organizational skills and ability to drive coordination across multiple functions and geographiesHP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:•  Dental insurance•  Disability insurance•  Employee assistance program•  Flexible schedule•  Flexible spending account•  Health insurance•  Life insurance  Per the Washington statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $102,500 - 157,850 USD.  This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.Job -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
