In this global role, you will conduct competitive market analyses, develop and update compensation structures, and ensure internal pay equity worldwide. You will partner closely with Finance and others within the People & Culture teams.   Key Responsibilities:   Research global compensation data and trends to develop equitable and competitive pay structures/ranges for all positions worldwide.   Conduct regular global market pricing analyses on all positions. Analyze international market survey data.   Collaborate globally with finance, People & Culture, and department leaders on compensation strategies and program development.   Make recommendations for pay adjustments based on global market data, internal equity comparisons, and budget constraints.   Ensure global compensation programs comply with local regulations. Stay current on global compensation trends and changes in laws.   Prepare reports analyzing global compensation spending and forecasting. Provide insights for budgeting.   Qualifications :   Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field   3 -5 years of progressive global compensation analyst experience   Advanced expertise in analyzing global data, benchmarking, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.   Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and partnership abilities   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.   Knowledge of global compensation trends, best practices, regulations, and compliance   Proficiency in compensation software Experience working with compensation in multiple countries  is a plus.   Why you should join the SmartBear crew :   You can grow your career at every level.    We invest in your success as well as the spaces where our teams come together to work, collaborate, and have fun.   We love celebrating our SmartBears ; we even encourage our crew to take their birthdays off .   We are guided by a People and Culture organization - an important distinction for us.
