Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Job DescriptionJob Title: Paid Media SpecialistDepartment & Team: NORAM Digital Demand GenReports to: Sr. Manager, Paid MediaLocation: Indianapolis (Remote)Summary:The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for delivering paid social, display and content syndication programs that contribute to Genesys’ demand generation and revenue goals in North America.The ideal candidate will have a track record of measurable growth using paid social, programmatic ABM display and content syndication campaigns through tactical implementation, strategic know-how and data driven analysis. They will report program success based on funnel metrics, including pipeline, opportunities and wins working closely with global and regional digital marketing stakeholders to ensure programs are appropriately, measured, executed, and drive results. Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with digital demand generation team members and external digital agency partners to support both new and current paid social, content syndication and programmatic display campaignsManage day-to-day tactic execution of testing, tracking, reporting, campaign budgeting, ad copy optimizations, audience discovery, etc.Regularly update ad creative across display and social campaigns and analyze the performance of existing creativeWork internally with key cross-functional stakeholders, other digital tactic teams, and marketing groups to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and effectivelyTrack and analyze paid spend levels, budgets, and campaign ROI Communicate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with other execution teamsProvide updates on the status of projects to team leadsMinimum Requirements:2-3 years of experience working on paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and programmatic display channelsExperience managing multiple channels/campaigns at one timeExperience working with paid social channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter; using lead generation and conversion-based campaign typesExperience working with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is a plusExperience analyzing and reporting on KPIs for numerous digital marketing channelsExperience working with vendors and supporting vendor relationshipsExperience with Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, VBA, etc.) to do data analysisCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
