EMEA Payroll SpecialistDescription -HP EMEA Payroll Organization is looking for a motivated, and energetic Senior Payroll Specialist.If you have great communication skills, excellent organizational ability with great attention to detail, and a solid understanding of payroll software – We welcome you to apply!What will your day consist of?Payroll operations:As payroll expert, you perform an entire payroll process for all assigned countries, exercising a good understanding of the payroll framework, systems and government regulations impacting payroll calculation to determine the best method for achieving operational objectives.You are responsible for the on-going maintenance and accuracy of data in the payroll systems (SAP HR/ADP GlobalView) to guarantee the availability of correct and reliable employee information.Manage the workload of daily activities, monitor performance, validate, and ensure the accuracy of data and timeline.Ensuring highest level of customer service by providing guidance to employees regarding payroll queries.Continuous improvement & communication:You guarantee a consistent and fair service to all customers.Streamlining and documenting processes.Contributes to projects that impact payroll at the country level in coordination with key stakeholders such as HR, Controllership & IT teams.Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications if the change impact multiple countries.Who are we looking for?Typically, 5+ years of experience in Payroll, HR or Finance role in several EMEA countriesExperience with SAP HR – Payroll module or ADP GlobalView.Strong ability with Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools such as Teams. Adept at collecting and analyzing input from multiple sources.Business, process, and data analysis skills including automation tools.You have excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills. You are customer focused and pro-active.  Fluent in English.
