Job Requisition ID #24WD75515Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a highly accountable, organised, and proactive Project Coordinator to join our License Compliance Analytics (LCA) team. Our team plays a essential part within the larger Global License Compliance organisation to detect and address non-compliant use of Autodesk's software.In this newly created position, you will help ensure the delivery of critical milestones and the execution of our roadmap. You will be responsible for maintaining accountability and ensuring up-to-date, communication-ready overviews of project status against goals. Additionally, you will facilitate efficient planning meetings, and running quarterly retrospectives.You will report to the Director of LC Analytics. You will collaborate with the Manager Business Analytics and Manage Analytics Engineering in LCA, with the project owners across the organisation and important partners such as the sales excellence function and the Chief of Staff of Global License Compliance.This position is hybrid. At Autodesk, we have a hybrid-first culture, which gives you flexibility to alternate between working remotely and coming to the Barcelona office. We ask that you can travel internationally up to 10%.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure that we deliver critical milestones and maintain accountability for roadmap execution, including conducting sanity checks of timelines.Maintain an up-to-date, communication-ready overview of project status against goals, including preparing materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and similar meetings.Collect status updates from team members and partners, ensuring accurate reporting.Facilitate and structure efficient planning meetings on a quarterly and yearly basis.Run quarterly retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and drive resulting actions to enhance project execution.Implement and teach project management methods and practices, that are tailored to the needs of our team.Responsibilities can be extended on as-needed base to lead own cross-team projects.Minimum Qualifications5+ years experience in a project coordination or project administration role2+ years experience in a business-facing analytics or data-driven environmentDemonstrated experience in prioritising across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of milestones. This includes a high level of managing ambiguous and changing priorities.Proven knowledge of project management methodologies and proficiency in project management tools and software.Experience with communicating successfully across different organisation levels.Experience with facilitation methods and tools (LUMA, Mural and similar) in global teams.Ability to teach and mentor team members on pragmatic project management methods.English fluentLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
