You will report to the Finance Director BP&PM Field Analysis & HQ Forecasting and lead a team of three finance professionals. You will support the Global Commercial Customer Success organization on forecast process, business analytics, performance measures and data driven decision making. This role partners cross functionally across senior leadership to understand and convert the corporate strategy into financial measures and processes.You must partner with business leaders, yet follow your fiduciary responsibilities as a member of the finance organization. You will demonstrate outstanding critical thinking, excellent collaboration skills, strong financial aptitude and business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, while focusing on the daily financial details.The ideal candidate will be leading the team to deliver valuable business support, while adding new systems and technology (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, Power BI) and aligning with the evolving top line metrics (Billings, ACV, Revenue, ARR and Subscriptions). In addition, the right candidate will possess strong aptitude for financial planning and analysis, building and delivering reliable, accurate and timely data, modeling and analyses, and being able to understand and articulate business impact beyond numbers.Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high performing finance analysis team.Establish strong partnership with COO Finance and Field Operations leaders to deliver top line metrics and analyses while driving best practices globally.Engage in planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of financial performance across WW Territories teams.Work collaboratively with other finance functions including, HQ, Tax and Treasury to align financial reporting and forecasting.Communicate effectively process updates, key deliverables, and timelines to the team and stakeholders.Act as key interface with Finance HQ and Systems Team to ensure information requirements align with Corporate and COO Finance strategy.Oversee quarter end executive reporting and presentations, including quarterly operations review and quarterly business reviews.Support the FA team through quarter end close and GEO End of Quarter process.Top 5 Signs That You’re a Strong CandidateYou are an outstanding people manager, with a proven track record of developing high performing fulfilled teams and succession plans.   You have strong critical thinking skills. You know how to navigate through the company’s systems and network of people to get the information you need. You know how to model and interpret large volumes of complex data to identify valuable trends and insights. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $139,800 and $226,160. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
