Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic Sr. Data Analyst - Sales Finance Analytics to help support CrowdStrike’s Finance Data & Analytics team. This role will primarily work with Sales team to utilize the Finance Data Warehouse with the following responsibilities:Calculate key metrics, build analytical insights, maintain data governance best practices, write documentation, and process automation to be adopted company wideAssist with maintenance of data quality audits and conduct reconciliation analysisAnalyze large sets of data and make recommendations based on business needsBe a strong partner to cross-functional teams such as, but not limited to, Sales & Marketing, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations, IT, Product ManagementCollaborate with Analytics & ETL Engineers to maintain and optimize data delivery and extraction from finance data warehouse to self service business intelligenceDeliver new ad-hoc analysis and visualizations required by key stakeholdersAssist with migration of various datasets/visualizations/ETL’s from multiple legacy BI tools (Domo, Excel) to consolidation in Snowflake and TableauBe quick to respond to issues and finding resolutions to problems in a timely mannerWhat You’ll Need:A degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fieldMinimum 5 years SQL and relational database experienceMinimum 5 years prior experience building exec-level Tableau dashboards and storiesIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills encompassing knowledge of formulas and functionsExperience with Data Warehouse environments (Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server)Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, or CRM standard objects and fieldsExcellent soft skills with demonstrated ability to translate highly technical, complex concepts to non-technical cross-functional audiences including written documentationBonus Points:Candidates who display design oriented thinking with experience working on executive driven company-wide visibility dashboards is preferredCandidates who have prior experience working on Cloud or SaaS related metrics such as ARR, ACV, Churn, bookings, and renewals forecasting is preferred #LI-Remote#LI-NR1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awards with option to participate in ESPP in eligible countriesCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangementsPhysical and mental wellness programs Paid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesAccess to CrowdStrike University, LinkedIn Learning and JhannaOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationBirthday time-off in your local countryWork with people who are passionate in our mission and Great Place to Work certified across the globeWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
