The Opportunity:The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) is a consultative pre-sales team that shapes Adobe’s industry vision through strategic advisory to drive transformative customer experiences and create meaningful business value. We consult C-level leadership at Adobe’s enterprise customers on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. We help our clients define their future with Adobe technology by defining and evangelising Adobe’s vision for priority industries, driving business transformation through strategic insights, and establishing the value of Adobe’s solutions for every customer.An Adobe Digital Strategist is responsible for supporting and delivering customer strategy engagements. During engagements (typically 3-6 weeks in duration), you will conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver practical recommendations that inspire and delight customers. Customer engagements employ Adobe’s value frameworks, digital benchmarking resources, customer-journey mapping capabilities, organisation assessments, architecture audits and other techniques. You will work with a cross-functional Adobe team and senior clients and use your experience to become a trusted advisor. For each engagement, you will join a cross-functional team that is passionate about developing tailored insights and recommendations!What you'll do:We seek candidates who can contribute the following areas:Analysis and benchmarking — use Adobe’s unparalleled analytics datasets to show customers how their digital business compares within industry. Reveal insights from their own reports and the corresponding actions to optimise performance and customer experience.Economic impact analysis — assess how improvements to customer experience and business capabilities will grow revenues, reduce costs, and generate business value. Size potential opportunities to prioritize short- & long-term recommendations. Help customers write business cases to quantify value and rationalize technology investments.Experience architecture — assess customers’ technology landscape and data strategy to understand current implementation and usage. Recommend new solutions, integrations, and use cases to enable improved customer experiences.Experience design — run ethnographic interviews and experience diagnostics to understand customers’ unmet needs. Build brand-new web and mobile app experiences that delight our customers’ customers and improve performance. Use Adobe XD in hands on workshops to rapidly prototype and test new designs.You will also contribute industry leadership in the following ways:Industry perspective – collaborate to define Adobe’s perspective on impactful industry experiences by working with deep subject matter specialists.Industry & partner strategy – collaborate on Adobe’s strategy to deepen its customer footprint in core industries.What you need to succeed:MBA or equivalent advanced degreePassion for digital experiences and cloud technologyConsulting experience, e.g. discovery, analysis, value modelling, and synthesising opportunitiesAnalytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, data analysis, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendationsPartner with individuals, internal and external, across all levelsExecutive presence and communication to engage at the CXO levelExperience in matrixed environments with remote support functions and hybrid teamsAppetite to work across multiple sub-industry verticals and quickly grasp industry specific driversIntellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quicklyShown leadership abilitiesBe self-managed, adaptable, and committed to customer successAbility to travel up to 30% (actual amount may be less)Desirable but not required:Experience in a leading technology company, consulting organisation, or marketing departmentExperience in developing or performing digital or marketing strategiesExperience in Retail, Consumer Goods, and/or Travel & HospitalityAs our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
