If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Technical Program Manager to manage HW and SW projects in the highly successful WLAN Mobility business unit with products shipping to Tier 1 customers. In this role, you will drive key WLAN HW & FW deliverables for new and existing product lines launches to Tier 1 customers launches. You'll work with marketing and engineering management to define product features, manage project schedules & JIRAs, and provide status reports to management. Rigorous goal-setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, and continuous process improvement are of utmost importance. You will be working with a cross-functional and globally distributed team of SW engineers, semiconductor designers, QA engineers, system verification experts, board designers, marketing managers and the executive team.Responsibilities include·         Lead cross functional development on new technology from design through delivery·         Work with remote teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines·         Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks and change control·         Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, roadmap, financial, and/or technical goals·         Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, schedule and performance.·         Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.·         Project management - prioritization , planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments·          Qualifications·         Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar technical field·         12+ years of experience working directly with cross functional engineering teams, with a deep understanding of software development processes·         Proven analytical thinking, skills in metrics creation and project management, and attention to details·         Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to create consensus and negotiate desired outcomes within a diverse team·         Demonstrable ability to build sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules·         Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and work with engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization·         Experience working with remote and global teams·         Prior program management experience in semiconductor industry is highly desirableAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $210,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
