And we're seeking an outstanding addition to our team!Our Learning Solutions team is looking to hire a new teammate to identify learning gaps, collaborate with Instructional Designers on potential solutions, ensure deadlines are being met with stakeholders and SMEs, and use data to make informed decisions for our developers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, people leaders and technologists.About the RoleDesign Learning solutions in collaboration with Instructional Designers that meet the needs of the learning audience and are delivered within set timelinesSet clear expectations with stakeholders and subject experts to ensure projects move forward on time and with the outcomes expected by allGather feedback in order to continuously improve learning solutions, even after initial deliveryOwns multiple projects/portfolio of work and is able to manage ongoing and new deliverables over the span of one or multiple quarters, providing regular updates or collaboration with stakeholdersIdentify and call out concerns in order to handle trade-offs when crafting and delivering on learning solutionsEffectively connect with various levels of management on decisions that impact multiple programs and with cross functional teams through program lifecycleDrive process optimization and identify opportunities for improving learning solutions through monitoring and measurementPartner with internal customers to develop new insights and understand long term vision of programs with concrete resultsCreates and consults stakeholders on change management plan(s) as part of the learning experience Excellent communication skills with People Leader, Team, Stakeholders, and Audience About YouYou are an effective problem-solver, if it's a problem, you'll find it! You can generate a trusting, safe environment to collaborate and thrive with ambiguity.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or proven experience3+ years Program Management experience, a plus if that experience is on a Learning or Education teamAbility to lead enterprise wide programs with sophisticated inter-dependencies.Ability to ascertain the learning needs of someone with a highly technical backgroundProven track record working with higher levels of leadership when consulting on learning needs and change management planning Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills, tailoring messages to audienceExperience measuring and analyzing impact of learning solutions through dataOther Qualifications:A confident, positive demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organizationDemonstrated Leadership, confidence, resourcefulness, adaptability, and flexibility to manage learning solutions to their desired outcomesTeam player with the ability to work cross functionally and influence othersSophisticated problem solver capable of translating issues into simple terms to facilitate discussion and decision.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
