Ideal candidate should have:a strong technical background in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks and crafting robust automated tests.Strong debugging skills to analyze test failures and intermittent issues. Able to identify root cause and timely resolution to stabilize the pipeline.Aware of emerging trends and technologies in test automation and bring those ideas to the team for continuous improvement.Involved in all aspects of quality assurance activities for an enterprising scrum team.Experience with effective collaborating in remote or distributed team environment. ResponsibilitiesWork closely with other Quality Engineers, SDETs, Developers and Product Managers, to understand the features and grow your knowledge and creativity to design effective test solutions.Continually enhance the automation framework and add tests.Closely monitor CI/CD release pipeline with actively triaging and fixing issues.Able to help with functional testing if needed.Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality of the code and the coding standards are followed.Effective collaboration with cross functional and cross product teams.About YouBasic Qualifications6+ years experience in test automation or software development.2+ years of experience automating web applications using one of: WebdriverIO, Cypress, SeleniumBS in Computer Science or equivalent experience Preferred QualificationsExpert knowledge of testing frameworks and tooling - WebdriverIO, Cypress, SeleniumProficient in developing automation frameworks using Javascript and Typescript.Solid understanding of version control system like git and CI/CD pipelines - Jenkins, bamboo.
