Meet the Workday Education team: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBgz1oyx5YAAbout the RoleComplete a training and qualification program and become proficient in the Workday product suite.Participate in frequent trainings to stay current with software updatesPerform onsite and/or remote training using various collaborative teaching methodsCollaborate with content development team to define course structure, content, and delivery method to produce high quality trainingBuild relationships with Workmates across teams to share standard methodologies, drive innovation, and meet goalsLearn and quickly master new product functionalityProvide students with the tools to be a successful by applying diverse facilitation techniquesUse dynamic presentation skills to engage your students and improve their learning experienceLead full days of training to audiences that can include customers, partners and Workmates.Perform administrative responsibilities for classes you are conductingParticipate in cross functional projectsMentor other instructors on your areas of expertise Travel: Travel may be required approximately once per quarter.About YouBasic QualificationsExperience as an instructor and owning course content is preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant working experience is required.Experience as an instructor and owning course content preferredStrong background in full scale ERP deployments and training, either as a customer or consultant.4+ years implementing or supporting payroll applications for large organizations. Significant business knowledge in operational areas within a Payroll department for U.S.-based employees. Other QualificationsExcellent analytical and proven problem solving skills both technically and functionally.Proven ability to proactively and quickly grasp, distill and synthesize concepts and details from diverse sources, identify trends, develop strategies, and implement high-impact solutions.Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving and sometimes unexpected work environment, prioritizing accordingly.Self-motivated and can work without direct supervision.Passion for education!Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a consistent record of developing and delivering engaging, outcome-based presentations to diverse internal and external audiences.Ability to master the simultaneous use of multiple classroom technologies while delivering training, including electronic training material, remote conferencing tools, interactive display screens, and audio/visual equipment.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
