End to End Supply Chain ExpertDescription -As part of the Dynamic Lead Time iniative the E2E Supply Chain expert will bring experience and knowledge to ensure process and transparency is considered through all aspects of the supply chain processes as well as with key stakeholders. This key role will bring expertise and best practices to a strategic program within the organization. Responsibilities: Be able to deep dive into processes and data to analyze and illustrate impact of issues which may affect supply chain speed and/or reliabilityWork across multiple functions to help document and design future state processes and metricsCollaborate with SMEs to identify relevant scenarios that should be addressed as part of designSupport overall initiative activities building test cases and examples for validationCollaborate with MOC team to support training documentation contentHelp support deep dive activities by organizing sessions with SMEs and project team membersIndependently develops solutions for a project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge.Interprets data received from more junior individual contributors and develops recommendations that optimize performance.Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.Owns strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.Consults with business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.Education and Experience Required: Bachelor degree; advanced university degree preferred.6-10 years of experience in a supply chain functions.Knowledge and Skills: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools.Experience with SAP Supply Chain solutions such as: APO, IBP, TM, EWM, and/or other S4 modulesExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.What we offer:Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world. Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
