NVIDIA is looking to hire a creative, analytical, and hands-on Industrial Engineer, to aid SLT Test Operations in the NPI release, ongoing sustaining products. You will be a key cross-functional lead interfacing with teams across NVIDIA Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance.What you'll be doing:Provide key role as the SLT Process / Industrial engineer supporting NPI activities in Santa Clara and Pan Pacific locations.Manage the SLT diag test program verification and release process for Production and Test engineering.Vendor management / test hardware procurement.ECO and deviation review/approval for SLT operations requirements.SLT operations lead for all quality audits for ISO / IATF 16949 compliance.Writing and implementing process control documents.Facilitate and coordinate ISO and customer audits for SLT and participate as needed.Identify production hardware investment requirements based on capacity requirements.What we need to see:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.5+ yrs of experience in Operations and Process support activitiesExcel, Power Point, Windchill, Serus, PDMT experienceA strong understanding of new product introduction and product ramp environment for a global production model.Demonstrated history of leading teams to achieve critical deliverables.A leader who can speak up and communicate priorities effectively.Experience supporting pan pacific operations, teams, and vendors.Proven leadership skills, discernment, and ability to lead teams.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Strong history of success in similar environmentsDynamic personality who can adaptData driven analysis.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers; we have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to unparalleled growth, best-in-class teams are rapidly growing.
