Solution Architect, Power Industry

NVIDIA aims at harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and accelerated computing to substantially accelerate the energy transition. We build GPU-accelerated solutions, deep learning and breakthroughs in physics-Machine Learning approaches applied to the power industry.We are looking for a Solution Architect to support the power generation and transmission sector, namely smart grids and nuclear technologies. Solution architects are trusted technical advisors to the customers, they work closely with academic research and with industry. We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and creative candidate to drive our AI solutions including Generative AI applied to the power industry sector.What you'll be doing:Work with academic research, public sector organizations and industrial customersSupport the power industry business development and sales teamWork and communicate with internal teams to develop solutions aligned with customer’s requirementsSupport the development of power generation and distribution use-cases in conjunction with customersKeep learning the latest innovations in high performance computing and deep learning techniquesGive trainings and conferences on results using NVIDIA GPUs and platformsWhat we need to see:MS/PhD in Engineering, Energy Technologies, Computational Science/Physics, or related technical field3+ years of experience with AI, ML, DL, NLP, and/or Generative AI3+ years of industrial experience in the power industry sector (power generation and/or transmission)Good programming skills using PythonExperience in scientific/engineering simulations (e.g. smart grids, renewables, nuclear energy, etc)Experience in developing or using major deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow etc)Familiarity with containers, numerical libraries, modular software designSolid written and oral communications skills and familiarity with collaborative environmentsTeam players, creative abilities, can learn and adapt quicklyWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience using NVIDIA GPUs and platformsHands-on experience using HPC systemsGood knowledge of Physics-Machine LearningExperience in Scientific VisualizationExperience in digital twin technologiesNVIDIA is one of the technology industry's most desirable employer.
