As an intern in the Group Program Management Office (PMO) within the Enterprise Product org, you will help drive project teams to a successful launch of one of our new Enterprise products or programs into the market. You will clarify and challenge objectives, develop roadmaps, assess the complexity and risks, help unblock as needed, and partner with highly skilled technical resources to deliver quality solutions with agility and speed.In partnership with senior leaders across multiple teams, you will help drive execution of your projects, ensuring consistency and timely execution in line with the PMO processes. Inspect and assess projects’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.What you will be doing:You will develop and implement comprehensive plans for all the project aspects, ensuring effective team engagement, monitoring progress and identifying any obstacles.You will openly connect with key partners, providing them with the vital updates and context at the appropriate frequency and detail level, to ensure visibility and support is given with the right sense of urgency.We are a fast-paced team! You must be nimble and ready to shift with any direction changes.You are a strategic problem solver that works with product management teams to outline objectives and define success criteria. You must be able to bring together the right team members across multiple organizations to accomplish the goals.You have the ability to identify and manage risks, collaborate cross functionally and contribute on solutions.What we need to see:Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree at a universityAbility to organize tasks for objectives so team can work effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal/presentations. You need to be able to move from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versaWillingness to work with a global team spanning different time zones.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Domain knowledge of enterprise software in AI or Machine learning. Knowledge of accelerated computing will jumpstart you in this role.Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives on initiativesPMP or related certifications on project managementThe hourly rate for our interns is 19 USD - 93 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.You will also be eligible for Intern benefits.
