The team is single point of contact for all security, privacy & compliance related engagements. The team sits within the Genesys Cloud business unit. Role and Responsibilities:Around 50% of your time will be spend on managing a team that will own and complete security, privacy & compliance risk assessments in high quality and in time.In addition to the above your team will be responsible for:Creating and updating content for internal and external use (Documentation, Knowledge base, Demo Videos etc.) for life cycle of prospects & customers for security/privacy/compliance. Around 50% of your time will be spent as an individual contributor that will include the following tasks: personally contribute to security audits/assessments quality assurance & consulting engagements. collaborate with other team members, global & regional teams for timely completion of these requests as/if required. Support our global Compliance teams (Privacy office, Security Office, legal) for applicable external and customer audits. Bachelor’s Degree within Cyber Security OR related certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security OR similar recent professional experience or expert experience within Genesys Cloud solution with a willingness to learn security & compliance.At least 5 years professional experience of managing and leading highly technical teams. Strong background and past hand-on experience of Genesys Cloud.Experience of handling/supporting risk management/audits/compliances for cloud solutions.Excellent Technical writing skills. Be ready to manage your own time to cover different time zones. Be a team Player, be adaptable, able to multi-task, and be ready to travel.Ability to work independently with little guidance and be detail-oriented.Work in-line with team and company standards.Goal-oriented and have the self-discipline to complete all work tasks on time.Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.Fluency in the English language is required.
