You will be the first line of contact for Product Managers and Engineers with questions about your area of work and will help to determine priorities for your design team with your team’s manager. You will balance your work as an individual contributor along with your work as a mentor, supporting other design projects your team is working on with your expert advice at both a tactical and strategic level.TeamThe Self Service, Automation, and AI design team has around 10 designers, and is part of our larger Design Studio of around 75 people. We work on complicated tools that allow our customer admins to author bots and knowledge articles. We are also the design team in charge of AI experiences, for both admins and agents.Key ResponsibilitiesManage design portion of major projects.
