Job Summary:The Box Office Coordinator will assist in the daily box office tasks, answering phone calls, interviewing & hiring, assist Box Office Managers as needed, maintain office supplies, coordinate Box Office Staff schedules, manage staff payroll, maintain accurate safe counts, general file maintenance, daily box office reporting, and assist supervisors during events.Coordinator would ideally have a general understanding of the Host and Archtics ticketing systems as well as experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
