As a Regional Director East, you will work closely with the VP of Retail, store leaders and specialists to develop and maintain a strong operational, profitable and results-driven environment in our stores. You will manage team values and attitudes, and foster a culture of continuous growth and evolution. You will lead a business composed of Flagship Stores, Neighborhood Stores, and Luxury Consignment Offices. You will drive organization strategy with vision and innovation, supporting stores within your region while supporting the strategic growth of the entire business.
As Regional Director East, you will ensure an elevated client experience with a focus on acquiring and cultivating clients and delivering high rates of retention. You will empower your teams to execute operational excellence, an unparalleled client experience, maximum profitability and productivity as measured by the P&L and other financial reports. You will play a critical role in growing our talent pipeline through proactive recruitment, selection, development, networking and strategic succession planning. You will also support new store openings within your region.

Deliver all aspects of client experience consistently across all stores
Communicate with leadership and direct reports regarding sales reports, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day store operations

Ensure store visual environments are maintained to TRR standards
Collaborate with cross functional business partners to build high performance in the brand, stores and region
Coach, inspire, and develop teams to maximize the success of all leaders and associates
Leverage data to dynamically manage staffing, to ensure the best experience and highest rates of conversion and product acquisition while managing payroll
Advocate and champion for the region across all channels of the business
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of multi store leadership of 10 or more stores
Proven track record for developing effective retail strategies
Demonstrated curiosity and ability to deliver with speed, quality, and continuous iteration
Ability to prioritize, multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently
Highly energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Extremely detail-oriented and results-driven
Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executive sponsors
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals
Ability to lead with enthusiasm and creativity
Ability to inspire and influence others; a track record of building high performing teams
Ability to travel as required by business, including overnight
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
Must be located within 50 miles of New York City, NY or Newark, NJ
Hybrid with 25% travel and need for presence in stores as requested

The expected salary range for this role is $171,262 - $203,375. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
