Overview DoubleVerify is looking for an Implementation Manager to manage and execute campaign set-up. As an Implementation Manager, you will interact internally with sales, account  management, product, research and development, and finance teams, and externally with    operations counterparts across our business partners. The position is full-time and based in the company's Mexico City office. This is a great opportunity to join a company defining a new space in the online advertising industry. What You’ll Do Execute campaign setup and tag creation for post-bid measurement clients Work closely with agency, partner, and/or platform teams to ensure smooth integration and verify campaign launch is successful and tracking activity appropriately Perform QA to ensure that all campaigns are seeing the expected data Troubleshoot setup and implementation-related issues as necessary Provide subject matter expertise to internal Commercial teams and clients Demonstrate exemplary customer service and communication skills Manage related projects Be involved in the rollout of new technologies Work with management to refine product vision based on customer feedback and business needs Who You Are 3+ years of technical support/Trafficking, Ad Operations experience. Experience with online ad-serving platforms such as; Google Campaign Manager(CM360), Flashtalking, AdForm, Sizmek, Innovid, etc. Strong HTML and JavaScript skills. High level of comfort and experience working with all levels of professionals both internally and externally. Extremely detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, and have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies. Exceptional command of advanced Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications Experience with third-party vendors including testing of new technologies and systems and process advisement. Direct experience working at one or more of the following: advertising agency, publisher,ad network, or demand side platform. Salesforce experience is a plus A proven track record of project management Fluent in Spanish and English Please submit all resumes in English.  The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
